My name is Andrew Buckley and I’d like to welcome you to my website. Don’t let the photograph put you off – I am not the “grumpy old man” portrayed by this particular effort!
I come from rural Ireland. I was born to parents who survived two world wars and the associated economic depression, as are many elder New Zealanders’ with European ancestry. I was instilled with a strong work ethic and a strong sense of community – we’re all in this together!
I am a health and human factors professional and, for the past year, I live in Tauranga – having lived in the Waikato since I immigrated from Ireland in 1996.
My wife Catherine and I have had four children.
Unfortunately, I suffered wrist injury in May 2015 and can no longer practice clinical osteopathic medicine.
