If in doubt leave it out. There are studies proving the damage and cancer causing effects of fluoride, therefore we should take it out of our water and environment. We are drinking it, bathing in it, cleaning our teeth with it, our plants are taking it up from watering them and it’s in so many products we buy. We must be getting too much especially babies and children. Also it’s getting into our water ways and the sea.
