Respected Hamiltonian advises of need in Bay of Plenty. Apparently there are plenty of Meth users and abusers around the region. This is reflective of a whole-of-nation epidemic.

A former drug addict is hoping to open a rehab centre in the Bay to cope with the region’s meth “pandemic.”
